MY RETAINED MONEY

On the 1st January 2023 at 13;44 I deposited R2000 at the Nedbank ATM no: CF74 next to Carlton Centre in Johannesburg, the a receipt pop out from the ATM saying that the transaction has been cancelled...sorry we cannot confirm your deposit at this time due to a possible technical error and your cash has been retained. Please retain this receipt and log a Query at a branch or with NCC on ***,the Nedbank security that was helping me make the deposit call went into the branch to call a consultant who make and told me that these ATM 's are problematic I must call ***which is a toll free number they will be able to help me.i called the number and spoke to Thembeka who took all my personal details & promised that a technician will be sent to the ATM to retrieve the money & the bank will send me a message or a call with an update on my issue she gave a ref no but till now I did not get a call or message from Nedbank...I WANT MY MONEY PLEASE nedbank
