My Refund of R600 i need it.

Im very much disappointed with Nedbank because i was owing them my credit card then i made an arrangements by allowing them to debit on my account R200 every week until i finish my debt with them, then they closed the account after that their attorneys they were continuing by debting my account so now i have been calling them since may for my refund of R600 so they keep asking me documents of which i keep sending them, my last conversation with them is this morning asking them how far with the refund that i have been asking since the lady says i mudt submit bank statement and marriage certificate i did that yet am still asking them about my money so people becareful with Nedbank.
