My personal account being closed without my permission

What the bank did to me is unforgivable. Decided to close my account that i was using since 2013. My UIF was due on that account for God's sake. Been a loyal client ever since, my uif funds had to bounce back and ended up blocked due to the account being closed with no vaid reasons. That account was active last payment February salary, it was on - 0.17 i transferred R10 April 10th BOOM same day account closed and it was never doormat.

I'm so cross with the treatment after so many years, even opened a business account but you thank me by closing my personal account without even noticing me. I had to open a new MiGoal account go back to labour and change banking details, do yall even know till today i haven't received the payment that bounced back on that account fir April 2024.
