My Nedbank ID was suspended, even though I did nothing wrong.

I called to enquire about a personal loan, but during the call, someone from Nedbank changed the cellphone number on my Nedbank ID. I called to query, and my Nedbank ID/banking profile was suspended.

I have had more attention paid to making sure I still continue with the loan application, but Nedbank has been dragging it's feet with regards to the suspension of my profile. I have logged a complain with reference number ***4.

You guys are quick to close a sale, but VERY slow to respond to complaints.
