My Nedbank Account hacked

My Nedbank current account was hacked this morning. I started receiving notifications on my phone that PAYPAL WUHANOUYUE... is making transactions on my account. I called Nedbank to block my card and spoke to the ***** department, but they were not helpful. They send me to my nearest in Cape Town Tableview Bayside mall Nedbank, but the employees were also not helpful. My money was taken from my Nedbank account and Nedbank is doing nothing to try an assist me with my issue.
