My name is Gabonaone Patricia Moremong,I am a client of Nedbank since 2014, On March 2025 I app**** for a personal loan at Nedbank and was approved, my monthly installment agreed is R8240, on the 7th of July 2025 I called Nedbank personal loan for new arrangement bcos as a single mother of two boys I was struggling financially, we agreed with Nedbank that I pay R4960 for a month of July and August 2025 ,then will pay the outstanding arrears of R6600 end of September,to my surprise end of August instead of debiting the R4960 as we agreed on, Nedbank debited R8265 and R4960 ,I have been calling them to refund the R8265 from Sunday even today,I still haven't received any refund, please please help me,I can provide my ID number and reference number
