My name is Eddie De Souza ID NUMBER ***. This is my third and final complaint against Nedbank. I have asked for the email address of CEO Jason Quinn. They are mum. Hiding and shying away from reporting bad service. I refer to ***** case CPT 242005 REF ***. This morning I an email from Cindy Huyzer who is supposedly handling my case that she will call me. I responded back to her and I am still waiting. I want to know why are they delaying this matter because as sure as hell that means they *****ing my money too! By refusing to refund me as per the Dispute Form I completed. Can someone please help me. 🙏🙏
