My name is Eddie De Souza ID # ***. I have ordered a replacement card on or around the 14th September 2023. The sore point is that my account was debited with R150.00. No replacement card has arrived. According to the Nedbank app delivery takes between 2 and 3 days. Today is also the 20th. No card. I request the fee of R150 be waived and must be carried by the courier service. What is going on? Please sort out this mess
