My money was not returned by Nedbank

I opened a business account online. Collected my card and was given an account number. I deposited money into that account but when I tried to use the money in that account my card kept on declining. I went to the branch in Mthatha and was told that the account was not activated. When I asked about the money that I had deposited they told me that it must have been sent to a general account and to get it back there would have to conduct an investigation, I gave them all the details and documents they requested from me. This was last year, but until this day my money has not be returned and I have not received any feedback about the investigation.
