My Money Nedbank

How is it that Nedbank takes 3 installments out of your account in one day and a week later still has not corrected their mistake!!!! It’s not their money to take in the first place. How ***********!!!! After hundreds of calls they have still not corrected this! Now I get told they are on holiday, pathetic service Nedbank!!
