My money held by bank

Nedbank was suppose to release my funds on the 26th of January 2015,funds were withheld because there were large amounts of money that had gotten into my business account using their facility (pocketpos) and an investigation was pending. I haven't heard from them since my funds were withheld. I have tried contacting them or even going to their few branches since, I was reassured that funds will be released once they varified the source and that I should wait 48 hours.but nothing...I call them every other day because they make no effort of contacting me. When I questioned them about it, I was told that someone will be in contact with me regarding my problem. Days still went by and no one made an effort to contact me,I am very unhappy because this has been an inconvinience to me. On the(10/02/2015) I contacted the call centre and the guy named Mario told me the RM will be contacting me either the next morning. Today(11/02/2015) someone contacted me claiming to have spoken to me yesterday and according to his claim, I told him I was in pinetown. All that was a lie, he never spoke to me. He then referred me to someone whose name is Kurt Jacobs, this Jacobs is a RM and he is rude.
