My Money Has Been Taken From Me

Firstly I didn’t like how a lady treated me because I speak English. Secondly my money has vanished from my account and I don’t know why I should come back on a Monday just to get notification on either my money is actually in my account. I have proof and they still show me that I haven’t used me account since a month ago. I’m confused and i really help!
