My money Disappeared

Money from my account disappeared twice now, I transferred cash from my account to my savings and the cash just vanished. It took a month to find it the 1st time it happened and then again last month I transferred 500 worth of greenbacks to my savings and this to has disappeared and this time It doesn't look like it will be returned I spoke to my banker (A service you pay extra for) and he has ghosted me. Refusing to reply. I also spoke to the manager Sicelo Mathebula and he to refuses to respond to my emails I had to ambush him with a phone call to get a response. He has not returned my cash. This happened on the 23th of last month and it's almost a month later and still my money is gone. No one knows we're it is. I would avoid this bank at all costs. I will now have to log a complaint with the ombudsman to have this reviewed. It will take months to get my cash back.
