My Loan taken was not paid to standard bank student loan - Due to the misunderstanding consultants

<p> </p> <p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have taken a loan in May 2016, from nedbank kathu, consultant from Kathu, Northern cape. her name is Gina, the loan i took was to settle my accounts, and one of the loans was my standard bank student loan, i have been debited with for the 09 months, and to my dissapointment i thought that the consultant had paid off my loan in may already, Nedbank is confusing us with their in experieced consultants.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Please sort out please, now,</p>
