My issue is still unresolved and no feedback.
I went to the Cresta branch on Saturday to open a 32 day notice account, once the acc was opened I was informed by the consultant Sylvia that the bank was unable to transfer my funds from my savings acc to my notice acc and this had to be done via cellphone or internet banking both I hadn't reactivated I was informed the bank couldn't reactivate my internet banking as I didn't have my bank card however I could deposit the funds at anytime.I called the call centre to reactivate my internet banking only to be told that I have to go into the branch.I went back to the branch on Sunday to be advised that not only could I have reactivated my internet banking but the money could have been transferred yesterday and because of the incorrect advice I had received the day before the notice account was now closed. I was informed that everything would be sorted on Monday as it should have been when I originally went to the branch & I would be called for confirmation. I call Sylvia to follow up she advises she will call me when everything has been completed. I still haven't been called. 3 days 2 branch visits, a twitter complaint & my problem still hasn't been solved.
