My homeloan placed on debt review .

I have a homeloan with Nedbank,at some years I went to debt review with all my creditors except My Homeloan.In my proof of my creditors when debt busters were doing negotiations with creditors Nedbank homeloan is not included.Nedbank consultant asked me to send form 7.1W then I asked why did the bank placed me on debt review.My homeloan bond was not adjusted Secondly the bank is taking my Bond money direct from pay roll,that money is twice my Bond money then I do not understand why I am on debt review and my bond is placed under collection at bank.
