After months of struggling with *basic* things like redeeming *earned* Greenbacks and replacing *expired* cards, we decided to close our accounts and change banks. The service just gets worse. Nedbank STILL hasn't closed our accounts or swapped my husband from PW, even after numerous calls and emails -- and they continue to charge us! No one takes responsibility. Not the bank it used to be. Take your money and run.
