my complaint with nedbank feed back here ***

Im customer with nedbank in 2020 around May Mfc finance me with a man car finance I was banking with the company Capitec and then 2021 on the 6th of September I switched my salary with nedbank I opened the bank with them I moved with my debt order to nedbank I was happy with there now I found out about this to one of my friend she's banking with her nedbank she is getting cashback of R200 because she is a open nedbank account with then they offered her this money and they finance her with car like mine and but me when I opened this account no one explained this to me when I call nedbank they said they will not be able to help me or offer me this cashback cause my account is old I told them it's unfair to me cause I didn't know about this, everyday when I'm calling the Nedbank their so rude to me dropping off my phone calls I'm so ****ed.... hope you i can leave this to me bank for good...
