My Closed Nedbank Card Pending Investigation

They Closed My Account with my money inside End October 2023 and my money in the bank they deducting monthly for maintenance fee and interest fee Reason Being: I opened this account for my wife to use as she had lost all her personal belongings at sametime meaning the bank card and pasport with a permit so they couldn't help her until she do FICA Requirements so in the time she was using my nedbank card they was a time my uncle passed away and we used my bank for Family Funeral Contributions AND they said thus the reason they closed my bank because they started calling me regarding the R100 and R200 cash deposit in the bank and to my calculation the money went to total of about R20 000 less ....l explained to them it was for funeral and they put my Account into investigation and they asked all the proof they wanted and the work letters and the proof of other transaction l did and l have been in the bank countless time trying to prove myself but the treatment is bad that even now l cant get any help and they keep saying we will call you which is very bad services. I cant and never will reffer anyone to nedbank
