My card swallowed by the machine

I went to withdraw money at Durban CBD ATM next to the Nedbank Branch at Ingcunce road CBD Durban. My nedbank card was swallowed by the nedbank machine, I quickly blocked my card and went to report the issue inside and I was told there is nothing they can do, I must wait in line to make a new card and that it'll only be taken out the next morning. I called the head office on this number *** and the lady at the front desk just **** to CS and when I told her she's lying about helping me, the manager said I must be taken out. I had to scream and use my energy to be helped and I wasn't happy, at the end Nonhlanhla Dipapang helped me and have a sense of emergency to my issue. It's 5 stars for Nonhlanhla and zero stars for branch, the manager and the lady at the front desk, Im not sure if I want to bank with this bank again.
