My card disappeared

Greetings..

I add opened a new account with nedbank at the menlyn shopping mall and have been receiving the most awful treatment and time consuming process for just a card.

Nedbank menlyn had sent me a msg saying I could come collect my card at their branch and was given instructions on how to collect it, when on my arrival, I had been told its under renovation, and everything that's was here or to collect I must inform the bank.. I did that and got a call from the bank, rescheduling it and moving it to the closest branch near me. Which is woodlands, I then requested for it to be there. Got an sms saying it has arrived at woodlands. When I get to woodlands.. Same thing applies.. No card what so ever, I then requested for a call at nedbank, then they say its by the groove mall, n I shall be informed, still no response and no card what so ever, I eventually got ****** n they took everything including my ID n license and my temporary while going up and down looking for the one with my initials.. I went on my app, blocked blocked my temporary card and requested for an agent, still nothing.. Now my account which I had blocked is in errors and the bank threatened to send me to credit card buarus saying I'm not paying.. How can I work with a bank that doesn't have a direct feedback regarding my experience. Til today nothing, I don't know where is my card.. Nor nor call back
