I took a funeral cover P*** with Nedbank,the past 2 months I was unable to pay due to illnesses but I was getting update through emails. I am surprise this morning getting a letter of unpaid from my brother Stanley shongwe who's in Johannesburg and am in Capetown. How come my personal be information being sent to a 3rd party without my concerns? How man things does he have Excess without my knowledge because I have my app with me ,my cellphone with me how come he received my letter's From he's Mobile fone. Is POPI ACT. Allowe this if ever I am the one who gave Nedbank my brother's details kindly show me the proof because I took the police through app how come someone far from me receiving my statement.
