My banking app is blocked due to an incorrect PIN or failed face recognition

My banking app is blocked due to an incorrect PIN or failed face recognition. While I understand it’s a good safety measure, Nedbank is now requiring me to visit a branch to unblock it. Unfortunately, it’s already late on a Friday night and I desperately need access to my money. Their service feels very poor and inflexible—having to go to a branch in this digital age is really frustrating. 🚩😑🤦♂️
