My bank has more control over my money than I do

This bank has taken over R5000 bank charges from my business account and this is honestly ridiculous in lockdown. They mistakely didn't deduct their monthly percentage last year August and decided they have full right last month to deduct that from my account without my knowledge or consent. How can my bank feel that they have 100% right to do that without my consent or permission. I spoke to my banker about this on numerous occasions but still no response. I'm very close to closing my two business accounts with Nedbank. Their bank charges r ridiculous and they have no customer service whatsoever. This is broad ****************!!
