MY BANK ACCOUNT DEBITED WITHOUT AUTHORITY!!

I called into your call centre sometime and requested that my debit order date be changed to the last day of every month. My account was debited on the 24th of December , 25th Of Jan and 29th Jan. My account has become your play ground and I spoke to your agents and advised that there will be any debits after the one that debited on the 25th of Jan. I spoke to Lungile on the 25th and she advised that she will call me as she wanted to speak to her manager to check why, she didn't bother to call me back. On the 28th i spoke to a guy and he promised me that account was up to date that the next debit order will take place end of Feb. That is not the case I was debited again. I need someone to call me and tell what the hell is going!!!!!!!!!
