My Bank Account Blocked without warning

<p>I tried to withdraw my money from Nedbank on the 17 June 2017, unfortunately my account is blocked. I immediately went to Nedbank-Paledi Mall and spoke to the manager, she told me my account is blocked due to FICA.I opened my account in April 2017 (2 months ago) at the same branch(Paledi Mall branch) and submitted all FICA documents.</p> <p> </p> <p>I request assistance/clarity/intervention with the following:</p> <p>1. Unblock my account<br />1. Why was I not informed that my FICA documents are missing and my account will be blocked<br />2. What happened to the documents I submitted at Paledi Nedbank in April when opening my account<br />3. Why is the manager at Paledi branch asking me "WHO DID YOU GIVE THE DOCUMENTS TO?", really do I need to know the names of a person who opened my account?</p> <p>I have also sent my complain to the Banking Ombudsman for further investigation</p> <p>NB: I'm unable to go back to work because I don't have money for Petrol.</p>
