My account is paid

Good day,

I had a personal loan with Nedbank. At some point my account went into arrears. My account was then handed to a legal firm, Norton-Lambrianos Attorneys and I made a payment arrangement with them. At the end of November 2022 I settled the outstanding balance and requested a paid-up letter from the law firm but up to the current day, Im still waiting on this letter. In the meantime Im still receiving messages to pay my account. I have spoken to Vusi and other agents at the law firm numerous times and every time I get an excuse. I would really appreciate it if Nedbank can resolve this matter, considering that I have paid my outstanding balance more than 3 months ago. I will be happy to provide proof of payment on request.
