MY ACCOUNT IS OVERCHARGED FOR NO REASON!

I have a problem with my transactor plus account with Nedbank, my account has been overcharged a couple of times when doing withdrawals or payments at till points. I get charged a withdrawal fee and a saswitch fee for even though its not other banks or even a ATM. I have called the customer care about this and I was advised that I should go to the branch to get a refund as I shouldn't be charged twice for a withdrawal especially from a till. W hen I went to the Hyde Park branch to enquire about this no one seemed to be able to understand what the charge was for.<br> <br> I am really not happy that my money is being taken for no particular reason and I would be happy if all the Saswitch fees that were taken off my account could be refunded.
