my account is blocked by NetBank

I use nedbank to receive my salary. So i have overdraft of R20000. I have negotiated with them to pay R1000 every month. I paid my installment every month, November 2024 i left with R1500,so they take my account to the lawyer without to make arrangements payment with me.now they told me to close my account . I am suffering to use my salary this month.all my debit order doesn't debit this month. I can't change my account number because of R1500
