My account blocked for being overpaid

I received my incentives this month for all my hard work. But now Netbank blocked my account with an excuse that my money this month was more than my account could handle.. now I don't have access to my funds in the middle of wedding arrangements.. honestly South African services are ****. <br> <br> I have taken the time 3 times this week during my lunch hours to visit the bank, and guess what, their systems have been offline for a week. what kind of financial service is this?. How many more customers are affected by this? for a week? what is your IT department doing?<br> <br> I want my account unblocked ( upgraded or whatever that needs to happen), apology and a compensation for all this inconvenience..
