Multiple debited and getting dismissed when I go to the branch

I was debited 9 times for my personal loan end of April with no explanation. I went to Nedbank in Quagga centre Pretoria to query about the issue but they said dismissed me and said that the funds were reversed to my account of which there is no such thing. They said it must've been a system glitch but that's not my problem because now I'm behind with my other account. I couldn't even pay rent, buy groceries for my family. This is unacceptable and uncalled for. My account number is ***. I'm taking the matter to the ombudsman
