Multiple charges

I withdrew a 3 month statement for which my account was debited R25-00. Again on 27 March R8.5 0 was debited for statement enquiry. It seems like the same thing. Yet again another R14. 71 as interest. And if you look at February and other months there are double charges. Will nedbank please reverse these charges. ***
