Don't even know when to start,made a claim on my insurance long ago.at first it was a tiny thing on the roof now it a big hole that leaks water every time when it is raining,ceiling,light and door now damaged.they told me it the buttons that are the problem but just bought the house and thought that since it insured they will come to the party.please assist me with this issue of mine cause every time when it raining I seriously do not sleep thinking of the roof that might collapse and kill my kids.my number is ***
