My name is Inoshia I opened a nedbank account online and it opened I call one of the consultant and I asked why is not showing they advise its need activation of which I transfered 500 from my other account to nedbank Then after few days I was not seeing the money account still not activated I was advised the account can't be activated due to fica after I was told to dep money Then I ask them to return my money on the 12th Feb I tried to query this with nedbank they taking me pillar to post I even send one consultant by the name leevan my proof of payment still nothing Now its almost end of March No refund all I wanted was a refund of my money 500 But I have to suffer because it's not important for them just to return the money problem I am not happy at all I'm very frustrated imagine 500 gone I'm not happy at all Very frustrated Nedbank staff are very unhelpful branch and call center I'm tired seriously My phone no *** Call me if u have resolve my case Leevan has all info and docs and also proof of payment
