I am highly disappointed and very mad that Nedbank failed to to help me with the money App and also at the branch, I have to make a payment internally and my money App have been not working for the whole day.

I had to go to the branch and still didn’t get help, they made fill forms which they knew I wasn’t gonna get the help/service I need right now my business is on standstill as I can’t make payment for the whole day of being on the phone and in branch waisted a day on my business side 🤦♀️😡
