I opened the business account online with nedbank ..welcoming letter was send to me with the account number..I send me client the banking details to deposit funds R20.000 was paid into my account immediate payment.proof of payment was sent to me..money didn't reflect into my account I called network they told me it takes 3working days to reflect. I called nedbank again I was advised to go to the bank ..that's where I was told my account is pending due to fica document s which I was not told about ..I lost 20.000 with nedbank
