My name is Kenaseelan Moonsamy and I am a client of Nedbank and have a personal loan with them and I want to know some information . Doesn't your personal loan cover insurance. Sir / Madam from 2017 I am unemployed and from last year December 2019 I have explained to Nedbank I am unemployed and cannot make any payment because I cannot afford it.l filled in the necessary documents that was requested of me and sent it in requested to be completed by the doctor which was done and sent back to them. Yesterday after requesting for information with regards to the claims they want more information such as doctor s note, sickleave records or x-ray.I would like to know from being the qualified people why don't request the necessary documents. After explaining to them I am unemployed they still want the monthly payment on the personal loan.l need some direction in this matter. Thanking you Kenaseelan Moonsamy
