Moving to another ban****!!

I'm deeply desappointment in nedbank South Africa especially the zevenwacht branch but nedbank as a whole. Not only do we have to suffer as their clients because their app is almost useless won't allow for proof of payment on past EFT but also nedbank will give you a headache when you want to get money from your 30 days notice investment. I hate the fact that nedbank is taking so long to give me an immediate payment from my money after they have asked me to provide reasons which I have no it is taking forever for them to sort this thing out after state the urgency of the matter up to now nothing has been done. On Friday I went to the zevenwacht branch nedbank to request an immediate release of money that is in my investment account and I waited 3 hours just to get to the teller and it took another 3 hours to actually get out of the branch.i was told it can only be prosessed on Monday. Monday waited the whole day and nothing was done and Tuesday went to the same branch still waited 3 hours and when I finally got to the tellers I was told the person who was working on my request was sent to another branch and I repeatedly asked them so there is nothing you guys can do at all and I was told no there is nothing and I asked for the brach number just so I could call today and to my surprise it went straight to the call center. When I asked the call center agents to put me through to the branch I got an agent whose said they could assist and ofcoz made me wait up until R100 airtime was depleted and they didn't even bother to call me back knowingly when I call I won't get home again by the way your agent needs to tell us their names when they answer calls... Then I called again got another agent that waisted my time and definitely needs telephone s****s asked the Same thing now she claimed she couldn't help asked her to put me through nedbank zevenwacht and she said all sort of stories that the banker I ask for was busy etc. I'm deeply desappointment in nedbank and I'm definitely going to take my business elsewhere until now I could be assisted and bank uses office hours and it's closed at 4pm when I finish working.
