Movement due ***** deductions

i logged into my internet banking an the account transactions was not mine it was my account number but it was someone else’s account. Lucky i screen shot this i logged out and back in then it was my account an immediately there was a deduction called movements due. There’s many of these on my account which I queried. They locked my account i have emailed called no1 is helping me my account is locked i cannot check if they reversed the transactions. I have no idea what is happening. I called yesterday an the agent just dropped the call when i told her i sent proof that something is not right with my account an they should reverse all the movement due deductions. This is terrible the company you trust with your money dont do anything to assist or to help protect it.
