MOST USLESS BANK IN SA

Nedbank Call Centre and online chat is the most useless in South AFrica. I am stuck in DRC and dont know when I will be home again. I lost my online profile number so cannot login to online banking. I called from the DRC then the call centre agent tells me she cant do anything I must go to a branch. Now for heavens sake HOW IN THE WORLD MUST I GO TO A BRANCH. I rgeret ever since I have been delaing with them. The other SA banks helped me without any problems, a few q's to verify and there you go. No Not Nedbank you must go to a branch!!!
