Most secure banking app in SA : Really???

Hi All

After placing my first complaint of Nedbank on Hello Peter to which they do not know how their application ("most secure App in SA) was breached and over R10 000 was removed from my account this was the response of one of the biggest banks in the Republic of South Africa:

(Good day Llwellyn We can only suggest that you report the matter to the SAPS.)

Does the Nedbank banking systems belong to SAPS?

Please i need assistance from anyone to advise me how to approach this matter.

I am dum stuck
