Most Pathetic Worse telecon service from Nedbank

Nedbank is the most pathetic bank I have ever had the misfortune in dealing with. Today I asked for a balance enquiry on a personal loan I wish to close and because my tel no was different (as life happens!!) I could not access the balance enquiry . I was told to go to the nearest bank to update my number. We are living in the virtual world where people don't have time to go to banks to do the necessary. Hell- my ID number has not changed and the system verified that. I am sooo glad that I don't have my bulk accounts with this BC / 5th world bank. Pathetic!!!
