MOST PATHETIC SERVICE FROM ZANDILE GUMEDE AT SOUTHGATE MALL

i have received the most pathetic service ever from Zandile Gumede at nedbank southgate mall,we have been trying to open a club account with her for 2 weeks now,she has been bad from the 1st day,its appaling to witness an employee of such a big brand to behave in such manner,i am very shocked in dissapointed,i have been a nedbank client for more than 15 years and have never experienced this kind of service.i am now planning to close all my accounts with nedbank
