Most pathetic experience

Since my bond registered with Nedbank I have been using them for banking, a week ago they blocked my account because I didn't go into the branch to fica. I work 7-4pm, they close at 4pm. I work 3 weekends a month. Not sure when I was supposed to make time to go into their branch to sort this out.. now my account has been blocked for the past week, and not even the branch manager in George seems to be able to sort this out. How pathetic.
