Most pathetic bank to bank with

The most pathetic bank that you could possibly choose to bank with, called into the contact centre this morning to understand why my bank account has gone into a negative R487 when no new transactions have gone off of my account spoke to 3 consultants and the explanation that I get is that last weeks transactions where taken off of my account yesterday how is this possible when it was taken off of my available balance last week already so am I been double debited on certain transactions absolutely ridiculous spoke to an extremely rude consultant in their tech department eventia who kept complaining that she can’t help me I would not recommend this bank to anybody, needless to say I will be moving how can you trust a bank that can’t even explain what keeps happening to your hard earned money
