Most pathetic bank institution

Most pathetic bank institution. They struggle to get our app on again for 3 weeks now. Still not able to give a reason why they are not able to. Promise to phone back several times. Every time we have to phone them, with only an.answer.....sorry we cannot do anything more, we are waiting for feedback from our IT department.
