Most *********** bank ever!

I rue the day I joined this bank, I have 2 montsh since I joined them and nothing has been going well for me there and I am leaving them.

Just now I sent my self an instant cash (R250) on my cellphone *** and i went to the atm to withdraw at the Vincent East London branch. twice the atm gave me an error and on the 3rd time i went to a different one and it said the voucher has been used. I then went inside and the lady there gave me a toll free number to call so I can be assisted. The male consultant said he will log a query for me and it will take about 24 to 48 hours for the voucher to be reactivated, he then asked me to hold on only to find out he had hung on me. Im currently now stuck in Vincent with no taxi fair to go home because of an error that was never caused by me.

I would never recommend this bank to anyone.
