Most *********** bank EVER!!

Nedbank is a joke!! I’ve been requesting my account to be closed for almost 2 months now and seems like I’m dealing with the most *********** bank ever. I’ve called customer service multiple times and went to a branch and still I get SMS’s that my account remains overdrawn. The only reason my account is overdrawn is because Nedbank keeps taking off their monthly charges and I refuse to pay for a service I no longer wanted!!! Nedbank is very quick to open an account for you to take your money but as soon as you want to close an account, they drag it out and charge their monthly service fee after the account closure has been requested. Nedbank also keeps telling me they will phone me back but never do!! This is by far the most pathetic and *********** bank I’ve ever had to deal with!!!
