Most difficult bank to work with, difficult banking site ever

I think you guys must look at your internet banking site it is not user friendly, it takes days for payments to clear making it difficult to get proof of payments. I also pay for professional banking services however my professional banker goes MIA and she is unable to solve anything. I made an online payment to DSTV via the link that they sent me 5 days later I am still unable cannot get a POP. I tried getting assistance on the banking site via a instant chat, your agents there are worse they don't know your site, I was advised to pay again so that I can get a POP. distasteful.
