Most *********** bank

The absolute worst, most *********** bunch of people I have ever had to deal with. No one has a clue what they are doing or how to resolve the simplest of support calls! When you've been struggling with multiple departments for a month just to activate notifications on a credit card and no one can resolve your issue, then it's a sign to leave!

Promises are made that the simple issue would be resolved on so and so day, a manager would call you today to discuss the issue and none of this happens you've lost me as a client.

Good luck in the future, you are going to need it.
